PreLovedScents Marketplace - Influencer Creator Terms
1. Program overview
The Influencer directory highlights Verified Member members who share scent content and may sell authentic fragrance products. Opt-in is voluntary and does not change your society membership fees. Loved Scents is a fragrance-only platform — not a general media or adult-entertainment service.
2. Eligibility
You must maintain an active Verified Member subscription, a public Studio, and accept at the current agreement version:
- Profile Protection Policy
- Commerce Policy
- PG Content Standards & Liability Release
- these Creator Terms
Acceptance is recorded with timestamp in our legal agreement audit trail.
3. Listing your Studio
When you join, your Studio may appear on the feed Influencers tab with your pitch and optional shop link. You can update your pitch or leave the directory at any time. If you do not accept a required policy update, your directory listing may be paused until you re-accept.
4. Content standards — PG media; fragrance focus
4.1 PG Standard. All Influencer Content must meet the Parental Guidance (PG) media standard described in the PG Content Standards & Liability Release. You may not publish obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or shock-value media on or through the Platform.
4.2 Video and livestream duty. You are responsible for reviewing every video, thumbnail, and livestream before publication. Platform review may assist but does not replace your duty.
4.3 Fragrance-only mission. Influencer Content must primarily concern authentic fragrance products and collector culture. Do not use Influencer placement to promote unrelated adult entertainment, non-fragrance products, or off-platform payment schemes.
4.4 Community Policy. All posts remain subject to the Community Policy and authenticity requirements. We may remove Influencer status for policy violations without refunding membership fees.
5. No guarantee of sales or reach
LovedScents does not guarantee impressions, followers, sales, or ranking position in the directory. Featured order may change based on activity and community safety review.
6. Platform disclaimer
Loved Scents hosts Influencer Content but does not author or endorse it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for Influencer Content, including video and images, as further described in the PG Content Standards Agreement.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PreLovedScents Marketplace and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents for claims arising from your Influencer Content (including allegations of obscenity or infringement), products you sell, statements you make, or your breach of Platform policies, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the agreement version date. Continued presence in the directory after notice requires acceptance of updated agreements, or you may leave the directory.
