Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

Go to Forgot password, enter the email on your account, and use the newest reset link from your inbox. Older links stop working after URL changes.

My card was declined at checkout. What should I do?

Verified Passport checkout runs through Stripe. If your card fails, check that your bank allows the charge, then email admin@lovedscents.com with the time of the attempt so we can look up the decline reason.

How do I cancel Verified Passport?

Sign in and open Billing to manage your subscription in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access generally continues through the end of your paid billing period.

Are counterfeits allowed?

No. LovedScents is for authentic fragrance only. Counterfeits, replicas, and misleading listings are prohibited. Verified sellers caught selling fake perfume may be permanently banned.

Report suspicious listings or profiles to admin@lovedscents.com.

How do I report inappropriate posts or messages?

Email admin@lovedscents.com with links to the post, profile, or conversation and a short description. Include screenshots when helpful.

LovedScents is family-friendly. We may remove content that violates community standards.

What is the difference between LovedScents, ShareScents, and PreLoved Scents?

LovedScents is the brand home at lovedscents.com. ShareScents (sharescents.com) is the fragrance society - Studios, feed, vault, and membership. PreLoved Scents (prelovedscents.com) is the peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling bottles.

One account works across the society and store.
